Depth of Field

Depth of Field is a very important thing to remember. Depth of Field is how blurry or how focused your backgrounds, middle-grounds, and foregrounds are. A low F-stop number, such as F4.5, has shallow Depth of Field, which in other words, has a blurry background, and a focused middle. And a higher F-stop number, such as F-20, has a focused background, and really a focused everything! So here are some examples of each type of Depth of Field.

Low F-stop=shallow Depth of Field
This is about an F-stop of F8= you can tell there are a lot of other flowers
High f-stop number= everything is in focus
