“What to do? What to do…?”

During this shut-down that we all know about right now, we can actually use this time to expand our skills and get out of our houses and take more photos. It is spring, and it is also the season for flowers and plants, and in my case, fungi. You probably have a garden at your house, that is good. I know taking pictures of your garden sounds boring, but it can be really fun, especially if you find bugs or little creatures in there too. If you own a property with a forest, well, you’re in luck! There are so many things in a forest to photograph, including birds, plants, old bricks, and even bamboo. My city is shutting out travelers tomorrow, and I am not even allowed to go out of my neighborhood! So take walks, and photograph anything interesting, like this sign.

So use this time of social distancing to relax, take walks, and expand your skills.

  1. You are quite right, we can do much while in this period of quarantine. One can even edit archival photos if their view of the outside is not that inspiring.
